I wrote a recommendation report for WIC Washington County to help improve how they deliver information through their handouts. My suggestions focused on clear informational design, focusing on things like information hierarchy, contrast, clustering, and typeface to make the materials more user-friendly and consistent. I also emphasized the importance of cultural usability and incorporating feedback from SMEs to create content that truly centers the people it's meant to serve.

Fortunately, they took my feedback seriously, so I get to work with them and create an array of handouts that apply all of these principles.
