I’m Olivia, and welcome to my portfolio!
I began my journey in technical writing at the University of Portland, where I pursued my MS in Professional and Technical Writing. Through this experience, I’ve become attuned to the evolving field of technical writing, from exploring modern approaches to documentation like AI-assisted content generation to maintaining the core principles of technical writing, such as accessibility,  usability, and user experience.  

With a BA in Media Studies from the University of Oregon, I bring a strong sense of audience awareness to my technical writing. This background complements my technical skills and fuels my focus on user-centered design and communication. You’ll see this skill is reflected in my work throughout this portfolio. Enjoy!
